Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Overview

Aerotek is hiring experienced Site Laborers for commercial site development and utility projects in the South Shore area. This is a full-time opportunity supporting site preparation, grading, and underground utility installation on construction sites. Someone with this type of experience would be ideal.

Responsibilities

Perform site preparation and grading work

Assist with installation of underground utilities including sewer, water, and drainage systems

Dig, trench, backfill, and support excavation activities

Work alongside operators and crews to maintain efficient site operations

Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean job site

Handle general labor tasks as needed on construction sites

Requirements

Experience as a site laborer in heavy civil or construction environments

Experience with underground utilities (sewer, water, drainage)

Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions

Strong understanding of construction site safety practices
