Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and hard-working General Laborer to join our team. This position supports day-to-day operations in a hands-on environment, performing a variety of physical tasks related to manufacturing, yard work, loading/unloading, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in extreme outdoor conditions year-round.


Essential Functions:
  • Perform general physical labor such as material handling, sweeping, lifting, and equipment setup

  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments and materials

  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely

  • Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and tools

  • Follow safety policies and wear required PPE

  • Support other departments with general tasks as assigned


Workload amp; Schedule:
  • Full-time position with potential for overtime

  • Work hours may vary based on operational needs

  • Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required


Physical Demands amp; Work Environment:
  • Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
