Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Scrub Technologist with at least 18 months of cardiac cath lab experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a short-term acute care hospital in Weston, FL.

Details
  • Short-term acute care hospital setting with 180 staffed beds
  • Cardiac Cath Lab unit
  • 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM
  • Call is required
  • Weekend requirements can be discussed with the manager
  • Floating within clinical scope to meet facility needs is required, including to three sister facilities (within approximately 20 miles)
  • Charting is done in Epic
  • Free parking available in unrestricted spaces
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in Cath Lab; 2 years preferred
  • Current AHA BLS and ACLS required
  • RCVT (Registered Cardiovascular Technologist) or RCIS certification preferred
  • Cardiac Cath Lab scrub technologist experience required
  • Epic EMR experience preferred
  • Must be nicotine-free โ€” a negative 10-panel drug screen including cotinine (nicotine) is required
  • Two professional references required for consideration
  • Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
  • License required if applicable

  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
  • Ceil blue scrubs required
  • Facility is a smoke-free and nicotine-free environment โ€” no exceptions
  • Time-sensitive compliance modules must be completed promptly upon assignment confirmation
