• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree combined with a commitment to achieving ASCP/AMT certification.

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within the first year of employment.
