Job Description

Computer Lab Aide

The Computer Lab Aide supports student success and daily campus operations by providing excellent customer service, maintaining campus technology resources, and assisting with administrative and event-related activities. This position requires professionalism, reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students, visitors, faculty, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

• Support student access to campus technology, online learning platforms, and basic technical needs.

• Monitor and maintain computer labs, printers, equipment, and supplies to ensure a clean, organized, and productive environment.

• Assist with general office functions, special projects, campus events, and other operational needs as assigned.

• Demonstrate accountability through dependable attendance, timely communication, and completion of assigned responsibilities.

• Contribute positively to the campus community and perform other duties as needed to support campus operations.

Position Details:

This position is based at the Pahrump Valley Center. Hours may vary between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Employment typically runs August-December and January-May.

Salary:

$15.00 per hour.

Hours:

Up to 19 hours per week with a monthly maximum of 79.5 hours per month.

This is a part-time, non-benefits eligible position.
