Job description

WinnMed is seeking aLab Assistantto join ourLaboratory Department. Lab Assistants are responsible for phlebotomy duties, collecting and handling laboratory specimens for outpatients and inpatients, and performing waived tests. Responsibilities also include performing Occupational Health lab testing and other clerical duties as assigned in the lab. 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week). On-the-job phlebotomy training is provided. Hours are day shift, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. Rotating shifts on nights and weekends are required based on departmental staffing.
