Job description

The Lab Assistant is responsible for supporting laboratory operations by performing phlebotomy on patients, customer service, computer skills, maintaining lab equipment, processing of specimens, performing tests and quality control, and ensuring the lab safety protocols are followed.
Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Related Years of Experience required: One year laboratory related experience preferred.
Shift: Working 32 or 36 hours a week variable shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays.
