Weekend RN Supervisor

As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading our nursing team on weekends, ensuring the highest level of care and service to our patients.

About the Role:

As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of registered nurses and certified nursing assistants on weekends. You will work closely with the administrative team to develop and implement effective staffing schedules, coordinate patient care, and address any concerns or issues that may arise. Your strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of nurses and CNAs on weekends, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures

  • Develop and implement effective staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care
