Job description

Java Front End Developer
Client: Anthem
Pay rate: $50

Responsibilities
As a Java Front End Developer, you will
Work with cross functional teams and Partners to build the UI / UX and wireframes for the new company web and back-end applications in an Agile / DevOps environment.
Provide senior-level proficiency and direction on following Tech stack:React (preferred), Angular, Java, Webpack, Node.js, HTML 5.
Track progress of multiple project plans/Sprints.
Work with Product manager and UX team to assist and drive the "best in class", intuitive, engaging and simple customer interaction.
Work with Product and Design teams to drive customer journey for mobile and web experience.
Participate in UX research and usability.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of development experience
Expert level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript CSS with knowledge
Experience in latest tools and techniques (Agile Methodologies Web Services API exposure AWS)
Strong understanding of ReactJS and its core principles and experience in building applications using React/Angular
Expertise integrating UI with backend services
Experience in development of and/or integration with web services and RESTful APIs
Good analytical skills ability to conceptualize solutions and communication skills
Experience with JavaScript object-oriented analysis and design JavaScript Design pattern
Understanding of authentication and authorization between multiple systems servers and environments
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum is helpful
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
Client-side development experience gained while building single page web applications
Understanding in JavaScript you understand prototypical inheritance scope and closures
Solid understanding of web technologies
Knowledge with Java Backend and Data Base
Understanding of the REST web services concepts
Knowledge of other JavaScript client-side frameworks like Angular
Knowledge with relational databases (MySQL SQL Server RDBMS exposure with NodeSQL experience preferred)
Strong plus Experience building/deploying server-side applications
