You will be overseeing all aspects of culinary operations under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer. You will also be expected to do solo Chef-On-Duty shifts, leading the Back of House team and maintaining Juliet's standards.
Responsibilities include:
• Run daily shifts / Expo.
• Open shifts and Close shifts.
• Conduct inventory counts weekly.
• Order and receive product.
• Enter invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Control labor and maintain COGS to our operational standards.
• Lead prep crew, line crew and dish crew.
• Maintain exceptional culinary standards.
• Daily coaching and acknowledgement of the staff.
• Ensure new hires are properly onboarded.
• Scheduling for kitchen.
• Maintain training materials for all new hires.
• Develop current team members to become trainers.
• Key holder for the restaurant.
Qualifications include:
• 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager for an upscale-casual dining concept.
