Are you energetic, creative, and love bringing smiles to people's faces? We're looking for fun outgoing individuals to join our team as Activities Attendants and create lasting memories for our guests!

As a Resort Activities Attendant, you will be responsible for facilitating and leading a variety of recreational and leisure activities for resort guests. Your goal is to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests by providing engaging and well-organized activities. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing a range of enjoyable and memorable activities. You will oversee activities such as Themed Dance Parties, Youth and Teen Programming at our brand new Kids Club, Brand Partnerships, Paddle Boats, Poolside Entertainment, Dive-In Movies, Beachfront S’mores, our poolside retail shop, the Adventure Center and so much more! 


  • Guest Engagement:
    1. Interact with guests, promote activities, and encourage participation.
    2. Provide information about scheduled events and activities, ensuring guests are well-informed and enthusiastic.
  • Activity Facilitation:
    1. Lead and facilitate scheduled activities, ensuring they run smoothly and according to plan.
    2. Ensure the safety of participants during activities and provide any necessary instructions or guidance.
  • Join in on the Fun
    1. Activley engage with guests in a fun tropical resort environment.
    2. Use your fun and engaging personality to ensure guests are making the most of their vacation and enjoying all the resort has to offer.
  • Equipment Management:
    1. Oversee the inventory and maintenance of equipment used for activities.
    2. Ensure that all equipment is in good condition and report any issues for prompt resolution.
  • Guest Assistance:
    1. Assist guests in understanding and participating in available activities.
    2. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to activities.
  • Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with other resort staff members to create a cohesive and integrated guest experience.
    2. Collaborate with the entertainment and beach operations teams to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
    3. Fill in areas and activities when needed. 

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality and entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification may be required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Dependable and dedicated work ethic. 
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors for 8 hours or more in Florida’s hot climate.
