Job description

INTERNSHIP FORMAT
The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2027. Interns will be assigned to Stellantis Business Centers located throughout the United States, working on-site alongside business leaders and teams to gain hands-on experience and exposure to key business operations.
Retail Sales interns will be placed within one of the Stellantis Business Centers below, with assignments determined by business requirements and available opportunities. Interns must be willing to travel within their designated region to conduct dealership visits and support sales and operational initiatives.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS
Internships for Retail Sales include an array of responsibilities. The intern will assist the Sales Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing teams with day-to-day responsibilities which may include any of the following:
  • Tracking wholesale and retail objectives
  • Tracking and delivering customer satisfaction metrics
  • Vehicle allocation and ordering logistics
  • Building new reporting structures
  • Performing website and search engine marketing audits
  • Performing mystery shops, delivering results to dealers and tracking improvements
  • Planning and marketing educational summits
  • Delivering dealer digital assessments and recommendations
  • Tracking digital campaign enrollment and delivering rankings to grow participation
  • Tracking digital KPIs and campaign performance

With this experience the intern will be able to identify areas of opportunity within a dealership and articulate recommendations to increase retail sales.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship
  • Willingness to relocate for internship, if applicable
  • Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the internship
  • Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by Spring 2027
  • Authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Majoring in Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
