As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard

  • Customer service is your top priority.

  • You will Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.

  • You can multitask and work well under pressure.

  • You must be able to work at any site, any shift, anywhere, and any city as needed.

  • You are able to respond quickly to critical situations.

  • You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.

  • You can quickly learn so you can enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.

  • You can safely patrol by car, or on your feet as needed.

  • You can work with electronics, as needed.

  • You can maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures.

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • You are at least 21 years of age or older.
  • You have a valid PILB license in hand.
  • You have a valid Driver's License.
  • You can multitask and can work well under pressure.
  • You have CPR/AED/First Aid certification or can become certified within 1 week after job offer.
  • You have at least a solid year of security experience. If you have Law Enforcement or Military experience, even better!
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S.
