We are seeking Licensed Insurance Sales Producers to join our team in our Cary, NC office! This is not a remote position. You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

This employment opportunity is with a State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.

Qualifications:

  • NC PROPERTY & CASUALITY LICENSES - or willingness to earn with training and support
  • Ability to commute to our office in Cary, NC
  • Current North Carolina Property and Casualty Sales License – REQUIRED
  • Current North Carolina Life and Health Sales License – A MAJOR PLUS
  • 2+ years active insurance sales & customer service experience – Preferred
  • Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
