The Charge Registered Nurse utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice.Position Details:
  • 7a-7p rotational weekends and holidays
  • Education Assistance:
    • Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses
    • Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year
  • $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only
  • Weekend Differential
  • Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
  • Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential
  • Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential
  • New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN
  • Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance
  • PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only
  • Employer-Matched Retirement Funds

 Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

4C- serves the medical cardiac population by managing chronic and acute onset diseases while balancing the need for telemetry and cardiac management.  The types of patients we serve are those with multisystem management needs such as heart failure, respiratory distress, unmanageable dysrhythmias, pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes and gastro-intestinal conditions.  We also coordinate management of patients needing cath lab, angio, dialysis, outpatient infusion/chemo, and anti-coagulation therapies.
