Le Manoir de l'Eau Vive is seeking a motivated and committed individual to work closely with our wonderful care team. Our residence is a welcoming environment for our residents, and the ideal candidate will possess excellent listening skills, compassion, and the ability to deliver quality care with ethics and professionalism. The nursing assistant position is a permanent daytime position (and sometimes on other shifts very occasionally) of 35 hours per week including one weekend out of two. Weekend shifts are only 4 hours. Job responsibilities: Provide the required nursing care to residents according to professional standards and procedures established by the Director of Care. Collaborate with health network stakeholders in hospitals and CIUSSSs to obtain the services necessary for the well-being of residents Support the team of beneficiary attendants to facilitate their work and ensure follow-up. Ensure the application of clinical procedures and compliance with administrative procedures. Actively participate in creating and maintaining a stimulating and dynamic living environment for residents.
