The Little Gym is looking for an energetic, reliable, and people-focused Weekend Manager to lead our team and create an amazing experience for children and families. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both leadership and hands-on teaching in a fun, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure smooth class flow
  • Lead, coach, and support staff members
  • Teach gymnastics-based classes for children ages 10 months to 10 years
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to families
  • Handle front desk tasks (check-ins, scheduling, payments)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and positivity

Qualifications
  • Previous management or leadership experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with children (infants through elementary age)
  • Ability to teach or lead gymnastics/physical activity classes
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
