Job description

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday schedule
  • No nights or weekends
  • Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations 
  • Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications 
  • Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns 
  • Provide brief interventions and behavioral management 
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings

Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated compensation range of $100,000 - $140,000 annually with no cap on productivity income 
  • Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) 
  • Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided 
 
Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Virginia license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C 
  • Active DEA or willingness to obtain
  • Strongly prefer 2+ years of PMHNP or Psych PA experience 
  • Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
