Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Hydro Excavation Operations: Support the operator in using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to expose underground utilities safely.
  • Set Up and Secure Job Sites: Prepare work areas, set up safety barriers, and ensure all necessary equipment is in place.
  • Support Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Comply with Safety Regulations: Follow all company and site-specific safety regulations, including PPE usage, and attend regular safety meetings.
  • Handle Materials Responsibly: Assist in the proper handling, collection, and disposal of debris in compliance with environmental standards.
  • Work as a Team Player: Communicate effectively with the operator and crew to ensure smooth project execution.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Proven experience in hydro excavation, construction, labor, or industrial work
  • Physical Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in various environments
  • Strong Commitment to Safety and compliance with regulations
  • Ability to Pass criminal and MVR backgrounds as well as drug screen
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME, NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS. ALSO WILLING TO TRAVEL/WORK OUT OF TOWN.
