Weekend Hotel Night Auditor (FRI & SAT)

This position is full-time and is for Wednesday through Sunday nights from 11 pm-7 am. Starts training immediately! Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people and possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction! Compensation:

$15 - $18 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay
  • Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
  • Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
  • Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required

Qualifications:
  • Flexible overnight hours are required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required
  • Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required
