We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part time weekend Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions, providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, and maintaining smooth hotel operations through effective communication and organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hospitality management experience and a passion for guest relations to contribute to a welcoming and efficient environment.
This position is primarily weekends Saturday and Sunday from 11pm-7am
Responsibilities
  • Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments
  • Prepare and review daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Address guest concerns or issues with tact and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during overnight shifts
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting as needed
