Job description

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Sales amp; Catering Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate group and event business through outreach, networking, cold calls, and community partnerships for all four hotels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, site tours, proposals, contracts, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Write and detail all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision and clarity.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for group clients, ensuring exceptional service across all stages of the event process.
  • Collaborate with F amp;B and Operations teams across the hotel portfolio to guarantee seamless event execution.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and adapt strategies to exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Represent the portfolio at networking events, tradeshows, and industry functions.
  • Be actively present during events to manage logistics, resolve last-minute requests, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals for room nights and catering revenue.

Qualifications:
Only candidates with prior hotel sales and catering experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful hotel Sales amp; Catering experience, preferably in a resort or condo-hotel environment.
  • Experience managing events and sales for multiple hotel properties or a large resort with diverse group offerings.
  • Proficiency in BEO development, group contracts, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, SMERF, wedding, and leisure markets.
  • Familiarity with condo-style hotel suites and extended stay clientele.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in Salesforce, Delphi, Maestro, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings based on client needs.
  • A proactive, energetic, and “hunter” sales mentality with a passion for hospitality.
