Horse Farm AssociateLindy FarmsLindy FarmsPosition OverviewLindy Farms is a family-owned, premier Standardbred and Thoroughbred breeding and training facility dedicated to producing elite racehorses from conception to competition. We are seeking a Farm Associate to assist with various tasks around the farm. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performance environment that values excellence, innovation, and horse welfare.Your Role:Maintain a safe and organized work environment for staff, horses, and/or visitors.Provide daily hands-on care for mares, foals, yearlings, or racehorses, depending on assignment.Feed, groom, handle, and monitor horses to ensure optimal health and well-being.Assist with foaling, veterinary treatments, farrier work, and sales preparation.nSafely handle valuable bloockstock, including young horse, and mares,Maintain barn cleanliness and assist with farm upkeep, fencing, and pasture management, etc.Support the veterinary team in executing breeding and health protocolsReport any observed horse health, behavioral, and/or safety concerns.Maintain reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.Adapts to changing duties as required, based on business needs.
