Level 2 Operator – Hollow Fiber LineJoin Our Team & Build Your Future in Manufacturing

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Level 2 Operator to join our Hollow Fiber production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate specialized equipment, perform precision assembly, and ensure product quality in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you enjoy working with your hands, have a strong eye for detail, and want to grow your skills, this is a great opportunity to advance your career.


What You’ll Do
  • Operate manual machines and load components efficiently
  • Set up, adjust, and run machine programs
  • Inspect products using microscopes and precision measurement tools
  • Perform light assembly using hand tools and tweezers
  • Follow detailed process sheets and production instructions
  • Work closely with a small team (1–2 operators per station)
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
  • Remain on your feet during 12-hour shifts while completing tasks

What You Bring
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing or production experience
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Ability to follow process documentation and record information accurately
  • Strong hand dexterity and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently

Preferred Experience (A Plus!)
  • Assembly or machine operation experience
  • Medical device manufacturing experience
  • Experience in roles such as cashier, general labor, stocking, or packaging

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Pay: Includes $3/hour shift differential
  • Hours: Work 36 hours and get full-time pay
  • Training: 1–2 weeks (Monday–Thursday)
    • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
    • 2nd Shift: 3:25 PM – 1:55 AM

You’ll work in a temperature-controlled production environment designed for comfort and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
