Our mission is to empower the next generation of IT professionals by creating opportunities for leadership and career advancement. When you join us, you become part of a team that’s as invested in your success as we are in providing top-tier support to our clients.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like in This Role?

As a Help Desk Technician, you will be one of the first points of contact for clients experiencing technical issues. You’ll work directly with end users via phone, email, and chat to understand their issues, provide basic troubleshooting, and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate technical resource when needed.

  • Resolving basic support requests within your level of responsibility.
  • Escalating more complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
  • Collaborating with other technicians and team leads to provide a great customer experience.

Throughout the day, we’ll stay in touch as a team, check in with team leads, and work together to solve challenges. By the end of your shift, you’ll know you’ve helped clients navigate their technology issues and contributed to the team’s overall success.

  • Industry-standard IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar credentials.
  • bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A combination of education, certifications, hands-on experience, or equivalent technical training.

We’re also looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • The ability to recognize when an issue should be escalated.
  • A willingness to learn, take direction, and continue developing your technical skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

Beyond technical ability, we’re looking for people who are humble, hungry, and people-smart. These qualities provide the foundation we need to work together, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and help you continue developing your career in IT.

Training & Career Development

We believe a Help Desk position can be an important starting point for a long-term career in IT.

You’ll have opportunities to learn from more experienced technicians and team leads, strengthen your troubleshooting abilities, and gain exposure to a variety of client environments and technical challenges.

As your knowledge and experience grow, our goal is to help you continue developing the skills necessary to take on greater technical responsibilities and pursue future opportunities within IT support and beyond.
