Spray & Fertilizer Technician

$22–$25 per hour • Full-Time • 
$1,000 Signing Bonus After 90 Days

Berns Landscaping has been caring for properties across Metro Detroit for over 40 years. We specialize in full-service landscape care and plant health. We’re looking for a Spray & Fertilizer Technician who wants to grow into a true plant health professional — not just push a spreader.
Pesticide License is preferred, but we will train the right candidate and assist with obtaining a Michigan Applicator’s License (3A, 3B, 6).

 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Apply fertilizer, herbicide, insect, and disease treatments safely and professionally

  • Diagnose lawn, tree, and shrub issues

  • Mix and apply products according to label and safety standards

  • Operate spray equipment and maintain accurate records

  • Communicate treatment plans and results with clients

  • Maintain trucks, equipment, and quality standards
