Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Franklin County Jail. What You'll Do

As a member of our healthcare team, you will:

Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Respond to routine and urgent medical needs
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to deliver safe, quality patient care

Qualifications

Required

Active Alabama LPN license
Current CPR certification
