• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.
• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities that address specific client challenges and promote healing.
• Develop and implement tailored service plans that reflect the goals and objectives of your clients, continuously adapting approaches to meet their evolving needs.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients, working to secure access to necessary resources and address social justice concerns related to their specific circumstances.
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of programs and initiatives, including assisting in grant reporting to ensure sustained funding and resource availability.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including community organizations and government agencies, to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Engage actively in team meetings, ongoing training opportunities, and community outreach activities to further Keck Health Care's mission.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing multifaceted challenges, including mental health struggles, social isolation, and limited access to vital resources. This role will require you to engage empathetically with diverse clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers them to navigate their difficulties and achieve personal growth. Your insights and interventions will be central to creating a supportive environment that enhances overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential for this position.
• An active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.
• Strong knowledge of social justice issues, trauma-informed care, and available community resources is important for effectively serving our client base.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and empathy skills are critical for fostering effective client relationships.

• Experience working in a nonprofit setting or a similar organization that focuses on social service delivery is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in community outreach, advocacy, program development, and evaluation would enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Keck Health Care LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, a generous sign-on bonus can be expected. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
