Handyman / Punch-Out Carpenter
Full-Time | 30–40 Hours Per Week


We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team for ongoing residential work that includes interior and exterior renovations. This position involves completing punch-list items, repairs, finishing work, labor warranty work, and general carpentry tasks. The job offers 30-40 hours a week with potential for consistent full-time work and full-time benefits for the right candidate.


Responsibilities

  • Complete punch-out and finish carpentry work
  • Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance
  • Handle odds-and-ends tasks on job sites
  • Repair drywall, trim, doors, cabinets, and fixtures
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Communicate professionally with team members and clients
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently and with attention to detail


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of carpentry experience required
  • Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
