OLD-SCHOOL COMMERCIAL HANDYMAN - KNOW HOW TO FIX IT? WE WANT YOU.
$25-$45+ Per Hour • Steady Year-Round Work • Monday-Friday • Company Van
We're looking for aseasoned commercial handyman who knows how to work on a building and knows how to get things done.
You've been doing this for 10 years or more.
You know your way around a job site.
You can walk into a building look at a problem figure it out and fix it without somebody holding your hand.
That's the kind of person we're looking for.
THE WORK
Every day is a little different.
You may be fixing a door in the morning repairing drywall after lunch and handling a punch-list or remodeling project in the afternoon.
Work can include:
  • Commercial carpentry
  • Doors and hardware
  • Drywall and painting
  • Flooring and tile
  • Ceiling repairs
  • Light plumbing
  • Light electrical
  • Trim and finish work
  • Cabinets and fixtures
  • General building repairs
  • Tenant repairs and punch-list work
  • Small remodeling projects

We're looking for someone with several trades under their belt.
You don't have to know everything.
But you better know how to figure things out.
THE KIND OF PERSON WE WANT
You've got 10+ years of hands-on experience in commercial construction maintenance remodeling or handyman work.
You know how to work around employees tenants customers and property managers.
You show up when you're supposed to.
You have your own tools.
You work safely.
You keep the job clean.
You take pride in doing things right.
And when somebody says "Can you fix this?"
Your answer is:
"Yep. I'll take care of it."
You must have a valid driver's license and live in Northern Virginia.
