Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable approach, working as part of a team and acting with integrity while creating a welcoming presence for tenants and visitors.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report security-related matters according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or contractor access while maintaining detailed logs and communicating notable observations to property management and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support daily operations by addressing questions, assisting with directions, and documenting maintenance, life preservation, and/or security-related concerns observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
