Seeking a skilled Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care in West Pasco, Washington, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through patient-centered treatment, clinical leadership, and collaboration within a mission-driven healthcare environment.
  • HPSA Dental score of 15
  • Adult/pediatric patient ratio: 60% (adults) x 40% (peds)
  • Schedule: 4x10
  • Team size: 1 Dentist and 2 Hygienist
  • Each dentist is responsible for 2 Columns - around 20 patients per day
Position Highlights:
  • Join a team dedicated to improving access to high-quality dental care
  • Provide comprehensive dental services for a diverse patient population
  • Perform restorative procedures, extractions, root canals, dentures, and treatment planning
  • Develop personalized care plans through clinical evaluation and diagnostic imaging
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
