The Floater General Manager is responsible for providing short-term leadership across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational stability, strong guest experience, and financial performance. This role steps into restaurants facing staffing gaps, performance challenges, or leadership transitions and quickly establishes structure, accountability, and standards. Unlike a traditional General Manager, the Floater GM is expected to rapidly assess conditions, implement corrective actions, and transition the restaurant back to stability while supporting long-term leadership success.

Key Responsibilities
    1.Operational Leadership & Stabilization
  • Step into assigned locations and immediately assess operational performance, identifying gaps in staffing, execution, and compliance
