The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years.

What you will be doing 

  • Deliver exceptional guest service while professionally setting up, serving, and clearing banquet events.

  • Ensure event spaces are prepared to company standards, creating a welcoming and polished experience.

  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with attention to guest needs.

  • Work collaboratively with the banquet and culinary teams to execute seamless events of all sizes.

  • Maintain a clean, organized environment throughout each event.

Position Requirements

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or lift up to 25-50 lbs throughout shifts.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
