POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Greenskeeper to join our Greens department. In this role, you will perform general landscaping and daily course setup, playing an essential role in keeping our grounds looking immaculate. If you enjoy working outdoors, are a team player, and are eager to learn professional turf maintenance, we want to hear from you!

SCHEDULE:

  • Full-time seasonal positions are available with a layoff in mid-November, and a return in early Spring.
  • Part-time positions are available as well.
  • Our working hours are Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and weekends 5:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You'll play an essential role in keeping our Golf Course looking immaculate with desirable playing conditions by:

  • Perform daily mowing, trimming, and bunker raking (using both power and hand raking equipment)
  • Service all teeing ground stations, including moving markers and filling divots with sand/seed
  • Clear broken tees, empty trash receptacles, police the course for litter during daily travel and maintain clean restrooms
  • Operate various utility vehicles: golf carts, small push power mowers and grounds equipment
  • Apply irrigation as directed
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to operate mowing and grounds equipment
  • Ability to safely lift and carry at least 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, squat, stoop, stand, walk for extended periods
