Job Summary

The Fairway Table at Regents' Glen Country Club isseekinga mature, dependable Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our restaurant and poolside dining operations. This role oversees a team of 10-15 staff at any given time across both the restaurant and pool service areas, ensuring smooth, high-quality service for members and guests. The ideal candidate has solid restaurant experience and thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment - prior management experience is a plus but notrequired. Evening and weekend availabilityisessential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily FOH operations for both the restaurant and pool service, ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experience
  • Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of 10-15 servers, bartenders, and support staff during each shift
  • Trainnew staffand provide ongoing coaching to existing team members
  • Manage service flow during peak hours, stepping in on the floor as needed
  • Handle member and guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensuretimely,accurateorder execution
