Job description

Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is currently hiring safety-minded individuals who possess a standard driver’s license to join our team as an Evaluation Driver in the Las Vegas area. Whether you're a seasoned professional, a veteran, or a retiree looking for a flexible, rewarding gig - this is your chance to get behind the wheel of the latest pre-production vehicles and help shape the future of automotive innovation. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of U.S. driving experience with a valid license and a good driving record.
Responsibilities of Drivers:
  • Test drive pre-production vehicles for an automotive Tier 1 supplier
  • Evaluate performance, durability, comfort and vehicle noise abnormalities while providing real-time feedback
  • Drive in small groups on pre-planned routes
  • Test drivers are not required to have any automotive technical experience
Compensation:
  • Standard drivers will earn $14.00/hr.
Shifts:
  • AM Start: 4:30 am – 1:00 pm (if 8-hour shift) OR 3:00 pm (if 10-hour shift) (Saturday amp; Sunday available ONLY!)
  • PM Start: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am (if 8-hour shift) OR 2:00 am (if 10-hour shift) (Monday - Sunday available)
    • The site operates 7 days/week however, you will only be scheduled based upon your availability
    • Flexible scheduling with PM night shifts and weekend shifts available
Requirements of Standard drivers:
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and a good driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English)
