Job description

Who We Are
Acusensus pioneers intelligent road safety enforcement technology solutions that can be rapidly deployed to address road safety challenges. Founded in 2018, we've grown into a global technology company with offices across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. Our mission is changing behaviours, saving lives and we use advanced AI and hardware technology to tackle dangerous driver behaviour through fixed-location, trailer-based, and vehicle-based solutions.
We're a purpose-driven team that believes the best solutions are found together, and that delivering on our promises to customers and communities matters as much as the technology itself. This isn't just a job, it's an invitation to be part of something bigger. Your work will directly contribute to building a safer future on roads worldwide.
The Opportunity: A Role Where You Can Make Your Mark
You'll be the person keeping our road safety enforcement hardware moving from the moment it arrives on the dock to the moment it ships to customers ready for deployment.
What you'll do:
  • Receive, check, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, including labelling and coordinating with vendors
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through monthly stock checks and cycle counts
  • Support production by ensuring stock levels align with schedules, and help design and implement a kitting process to reduce downtime
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) and perform routine maintenance checks
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety regulations
  • Support and mentor other warehouse team members as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the Manufacturing team

Your Working Environment
We understand that a great job goes beyond the work itself. This is a full-time, onsite role, located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
You're a self-starter with at least two years of experience in Inventory and Warehousing or a similar role. You are very organized and feel comfortable operating independently in a supportive environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with international and domestic small parcel and freight shipping
  • Experience with shipping documentation procedures
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production-linked warehouse is highly regarded
  • Be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy objects
  • A valid forklift licence
  • Experience using pallet jacks
  • Experience performing routine warehouse equipment safety checks
  • Experience following warehouse safety protocols
  • Experience with handling and shipping of Dangerous Goods such as 49CFR Hazardous Materials is highly regarded

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
Benefits
What We Offer:
  • The hourly pay rate for this role is $22.60 - $24.04
  • Supportive team in a fast-growing global company
  • Opportunities for skill expansion and process improvements.
  • Access to 401k
