This role requires hands-on experience in supply chain logistics, inventory management, people management, and client-facing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex workflows, experience dealing with technical products and components, and the drive to ensure service level excellence, customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient inbound/outbound logistics.
  • Attend regular operational and strategic meetings with clients to present KPIs, discuss ongoing issues, and align on performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, serving as the primary escalation point for site-level concerns.
  • Drive root cause analysis and resolution of operational issues, especially those involving technical product specifications, quality, or fulfilment challenges.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), track service levels, and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, particularly in handling technical goods or equipment.
  • Develop and manage the site's operational budget, including labor planning, equipment needs, and vendor services.
