To thrive as a Weekend Full Stack Software Developer, you need a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end programming languages, frameworks, and database management, often supported by a degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines is typically required, along with knowledge of tools such as React, Node.js, and SQL databases. Strong problem-solving skills, effective time management, and clear communication are essential soft skills for success in this flexible role.
