Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $73hr - $78hr
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full stack web applications with a strong focus on modern UI engineering, backend services, and end-to-end feature delivery across enterprise systems.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in full stack development and UI engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience leading teams or projects.
  • Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar component-based frameworks.
  • Strong experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and GraphQL.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems.
  • Experience with DevOps fundamentals and modern development practices.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience:

  • Experience building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
  • Experience translating UI/UX designs into maintainable frontend code.
  • Experience implementing state management solutions such as Redux, NgRx, or Context API.
  • Experience building backend services including authentication and authorization using OAuth and JWT.
  • Experience ensuring performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience designing scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems.
  • Experience working across full stack environments for end-to-end feature delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance UI applications.
  • Build modern web applications using React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into clean and maintainable code.
  • Implement state management solutions such as Redux, NgRx, or Context API.
  • Ensure UI performance optimization, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Define and enforce UI coding standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Develop backend services using Python, Java, or Node.js.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth and JWT.
  • Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of backend systems.
  • Work across frontend and backend systems for full stack feature delivery.
  • Integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues across application layers.
  • Ensure high-quality releases through testing and validation processes.

  • Strong understanding of scalable enterprise application architecture.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments.
