Front Desk Associate
The front desk associate is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym. This role provides support to members by answering questions about gym operations and policies while completing daily front desk and administrative tasks. We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. This position requires basic computer skills, experience handling cash transactions, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include weekend availability, excellent customer service and communication skills, and basic cash handling and computer proficiency.
