Position Summary
The Front Desk Agent serves as the property's Front Desk Concierge and is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and hospitality-focused experience for residents, guests, tenants, visitors, and vendors. This role serves as the first and last point of contact at the property while providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the daily needs of the community.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, guests, tenants, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Deliver a hospitality-driven experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Manage visitor access, guest registration, and building entry procedures.
  • Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with package management, deliveries, and resident notifications.
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain awareness of building operations.
  • Coordinate with property management, maintenance teams, and vendors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and front desk documentation.
