Job Overview:  
As a Part-Time Concierge Associate, you’ll be a friendly and trusted presence in a welcoming Monroe Township community. This entry level role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and providing thoughtful service to residents and guests. Responsibilities include greeting residents, checking in visitors and service providers, monitoring access control and electronic security systems, and responding confidently to routine and emergency procedures. You’ll maintain accurate daily logs and assist with administrative tasks such as Word and Excel documents, while also conducting periodic walks of the community to ensure a safe and pleasant environment. This role may also offer opportunities to support resident events, community gatherings, and light social media or marketing efforts—making it a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, engaged, and connected. Flexible, part-time hours make this position well-suited for local professionals, retirees, or students looking for meaningful work close to home.
Schedule:
16 hours per week
Evenings 4:30pm - 8:30pm , Weekends 9:00am - 5:00pm
 
Your Responsibilities:  
  • Provides exceptional customer service.  
  • Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out.  
  • Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.  
  • Assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work.  
  • Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes 
  • Monitors and controls access to the building 
  • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary 
  • Provides general concierge services as well as administrative clerical work when needed 
  • Helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s) 
  • Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes 
  • Have the ability to understand and complete all required forms 
  • May be assigned other duties by supervisor 
Skills & Qualifications:  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.  
  • Command of information system hardware/software is preferred 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required

  • Occasional overtime may be required 
  • Must have the ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend Board meetings.
