Your future role at a glance

Location: Broadview, IL 

Facility: Ascension Outpatient Services

Department: Behavioral Health Forensic Outpatient 

Schedule: Day shift | Full-time | 11:00 am - 7:30 pm 

Salary: $27.69 - $40.50 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
  • Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
  • Provide the patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
  • The Proviso Children's Advocacy Center (PCAC), via the Illinois Children's Advocacy Center Act, provides services to child victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, and/or violence and their non-offending caregivers and siblings.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology required.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work 
  • Experience working with children and adolescents 
  • Experience working with patients exposed to trauma
