Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for each client, ensuring alignment with their unique needs.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time therapists, providing consistent and meaningful therapy sessions.
  • Utilize creative therapeutic interventions, adapting approaches as needed to ensure clients achieve and surpass their personal therapeutic goals.
  • Document each client session meticulously, including clinical assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, case managers, and family members to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to improve your skills and contribute to team dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 105,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
