We're looking for an upbeat, road-tripping superstar to join the Walter Knoll Florist family as our newest Retail Floral Driver! If you love cruising around town, working with an awesome crew, and being the person who brings literal joy (and gorgeous flowers!) to someone's doorstep, we want you on our team.

A Day in the Life (What You'll Do)
  • Hit the road: Safely deliver beautiful floral arrangements, plants, and retail goodies to our amazing customers.
  • Handle with care: Play a very careful game of Tetris to load, unload, and organize delicate floral items.
  • Be a navigation ninja: Plan and optimize your routes and use your GPS to ensure timely, efficient deliveries.
  • Captain your ship: Keep your delivery vehicle clean, stocked with supplies, and report any maintenance needs so it runs smoothly.
  • Spread the joy: Flex those customer service muscles. A friendly, professional attitude is key!
  • Stay connected: Use your personal smartphone to log deliveries and text recipients (don't worry, we reimburse you for this!).
  • Team up: When you aren't behind the wheel, jump in and help your shop teammates with packaging, labeling, stocking, and other fun shop duties.

Do You Have What It Takes?
  • The Credentials: A valid driver's license with a squeaky-clean driving record (MO Class E Chauffeur License or equivalent is required).
  • The Experience: Prior delivery experience is great; 2+ years of driving company vehicles is a huge plus!
  • The Know-How: Strong knowledge of local streets, traffic patterns, and how to avoid the worst traffic jams.
  • The Personality: Excellent communication skills and a stellar, genuine smile.
  • The Muscles: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally (though most of our beautiful blooms weigh under 15 pounds!).
  • The Smarts: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage your own time to meet delivery deadlines.
  • The Flexibility: Flowers are in high demand on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Saturdays are our absolute busiest day, so availability then is a must!
  • The Attitude: A total team player who is just as willing to help out around the flower shop as they are to drive.
