Tipton & Hurst is a third-generation family-owned florist and specialty home & gift retailer headquartered in Little Rock, AR, with five retail locations in the greater Central Arkansas area and our new location in Rogers. We work to make sure that every plant, every flower, every gift, and every interaction meets the Tipton & Hurst standard of excellence.

Tipton Hurst is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver in Conway to deliver floral arrangements and gift items to residential and business locations in a positive and compassionate manner. As a Delivery Driver you will be driving a company vehicle, working independently and being a part of a motivated team. The schedule is Thursday and Friday from 8:00 - 5:00 and some Saturdays from 8:00 - 12:00.

Responsibilities

  • Flexible schedule and available weekends.
  • Determine the most efficient delivery routes and monitor the time.
  • Follow all safe driving rules and directions.
  • Ensure excellent guest relations, deliver correct flower arrangements to customers.
  • Perform vehicle inspection and notify manager of any repairs or maintenance needs.
  • Always maintain a neat and clean appearance. A company uniform is required.
