  • Complete work reports, time sheets, hours overviews, and expense documentation fully and on time.
  • Deliver excellent, courteous customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma/GED; 1+ year as a crane mechanic/technician preferred.
  • Mechanical foundation with strong exposure to hydraulics and electrical systems; able to read schematics for both.

  • Travel readiness up to 50% for job sites and training.
  • Customer-oriented communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Experience with mobile cranes or heavy equipment is a plus.
Safety expectations

  • Follow all site-wide and job-specific safety procedures.
  • Engage in and apply safety training.
  • Report hazards and suggestions—or fix what you safely can.
Work schedule and conditions
  • Full-time; typical hours 7:00 am–4:00 pm; overtime/weekends as needed.
  • Field and shop environments with exposure to extreme temperatures, weather, dust/dirt, fumes/smoke, odors, and loud noise.
  • Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; frequent lifting/moving up to 40 lbs.
  • Vision needs include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
