Total Pay Solutions is looking for a self-motivated Sales Executive to sell merchant services, payment processing, and POS solutions to small businesses.  It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build their own book of business, create recurring residual revenue, and work with a growing company focused on helping local businesses improve how they get paid.

In this role, you will:

  • Prospect and win new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and face-to-face selling
  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers
  • Present customized POS and payment processing solutions
  • Manage the sale from first contact to close
  • Build long-term client relationships that generate ongoing residual income
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain strong follow-up discipline

We are looking for someone with:

  • High level of personal accountability, follow-through, and professionalism
  • 2+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Merchant services, POS, payroll, telecom, insurance, or other consultative B2B sales experience preferred
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills
  • Ownership mindset and self-starter mentality
  • Professional communication and relationship-building ability
  • Discipline, consistency, and hunger to perform
